Tom, just beware that history statements can and do get altered all the time. I would tell him to first sned me his present trades as they happen and the email must be within a 5 minute period after he officially makes a trade with the entry and when he exits. Do this for at least a week keeping a close eye on the trades he is making and closing and the pips and profits he professing to making. If he produces at least 5% for that week then maybe consider it. If in profit at all then maybe test it out with small amount of money. I would even go as far as placing his trades on my practice account to help me keep track of it's performance. This would be a better way of proof than just past statements that may or maynot be altered.

Even better yet, if the trader is using a platform that allows for read only access ask the trader for a set of 'read-only' or 'investor' log in credentials. This way you can see the actual statements and view his trading in real time.

Well, I am sure that he will run with the money as soon someone make a deposit. Trade with your own money if you can make it grow 20% a week, there's no need o lure people in a forum board.

I'd Say open a demo account and let him trade on it for a month..
