We are a seo co. based in India and all our clients are on the first page of Google. I would love to know how we could gain more seo clients? Any suggestion?

Gain a presence on the internet so that you can approach new clients and say look at us. Our website is number one in Google, we can do that for you too. Also write a blog with some good advice but not too good or they will just read the blog.Start a business social network profile and try to get a lot of quality contacts. More solid presence on the internet the better. Show off your expertise.

First you prove your clients effectiveness of SEO by getting your site in top of Google results. Then you will get new clients automatically.
When you find a client offer him a high quality service. He will refer you some friends.
