Are there any sites that made sure bets automatically ? If I don't want to open several accounts with bookers, but only bet on events, are there any sites (like GoldNugget, but not hyip) where I can select an event and bet on it and then site will make bets for me ?

Do you mean like a middle man sorta thing? between you and the bookies?
Someone who covers a load of bookies... takes a fee from you to place the bets for you?
I don't think it is possible to do third party betting, it is way too complicated and none of the bookies would let you have an account with high enough limits to be able to serve several customers.

Would be nice though lol... but the bookies don't arbs betting anyhow, they don't win you see
