It's good and well but such sites hardly show the real value. Personally, the true worth of a website depends on its brandability, monthly revenue, organic traffic, and the effort required to manage it.

I imagine the figure for the total value of any site is pretty inaccurate, but I was wondering if anyone could verify how accurate the other stats websiteaccountant.com gives, specifically: - The page views per day - The daily ad revenue These are what I look at and I'm wondering what theyre based on and hwo accurate they are. Any help?
A website is worth the traffic it generate, plain and simple. I hope that hits the nail on the head.

Domain names itself have their own worth. If someone with lots of money wants to use it for something it is worth alot, otherwise not eh
For websites usual going price would be around 12 to 24 times the monthly profit it makes, ofc that depends on the consistency of that profit and the organic traffic mainly.

Thanks for sharing the link. No offense but I think such websites usually overestimated the website they appraising. The real value is normally much less than they estimate. But it's OK do get your website appraised there, just for fun.
