I called IG and then they called EG, and it was in my EG acct. about 4hrs. later. I think they charge somewhere around 1-3% for this. Can you help me, I have requested withdrawel to e-gold from Intgold two weeks ago. But still I did not get it. I have called intgold few times, I get the answering machine always. Once I got Creg, he said he will ask research department to look into the matter, but again it has been one week. Finally I got Creg online again. He told me 10 days ago that it will be processed soon. Today he told me its with research department and he did not get any answer. What he can do only is send a reminder to research department. He told me to not send any more any e-mails because it will delay the process Khalid Akbar

Another time! Today again I talk to Creg. Same answer from him, its with research department and he did not get any answer from them. Even I asked him to cancel the withdraw and give me the money in Intgold account...He said he will this pass this info to admin. It took weeks to get resolved. What happened finally is that I got thru to Mike the President of INTGold. The reason they were holding my checks is that they did not know where the money came from to be deposited into INTGold. Once I explained that I used E-TradeExchange to transfer my e-gold to INTGold then he was ok with that. I received my checks this week so I'm now happy. Frankly based on my conversation with Mike INTGold is worried about scammers. Apparently alot of scammers are using 3rd party exchangers with their credit card or stolen credit cards to get money into INTGold. Then of course comes the charge backs and other problems. My only advice is to keep phoning and pestering them so that they hve to deal with your issue. I was in their office in December, 7 or 8 people there under 30, and 2 were young ladies with babies. I've not lost any thing yet. an hours drive from my house. Some of the programs I'm in wont take them now.
