Cash out has been "denied" twice today (appears as denied in cash out history). after the 1st time I asked for cash out again & it was denied again. cash out button is no longer appearing in my overview page so I cannot request it anymore. Checked my PP ID in profile & it is the correct one (same one I was cashing out with every week) SOMETHING IS GOING ON WITH THIS ONE!!!

Funny how you got paid along with a few others from the poster gang...but there appears to be many others who cant get a withdrawal posted.
I'm thinking that this program is starting to become a scam!

Email from 15AD:

Hello everybody
yes earnings were lower this week, about 7%, (6.41% actually). This is mostly due to the fact that AlertPay, our main processor, has suddenly modified the requirements to be able to accept credit card payments, unfortunately without notifying us of doing so...
This resulted in a significant drop in sales, as all credit card payments were being rejected, and we are now working to be up to date with the new requirements and at that point we expect sales to pick up again. We are also looking at setting up a proper merchant account as to be able to accept credit card payments directly onto the site
I am sort of between places now, but will be sending a more detailed newsletter later today!

Sounds like they are starting to have payment processor issues...I wonder if its because people are starting to complain to alertpay about not getting paid and about it being a scam. Having those sort of issues seems to happen to most autosurfs just before they run.

I'm not a member of this site. But what they are saying about alertpay. Is happening on all sites not just autosurfs. All merchants are now required to complete some kind of document. In order to accept credit card purchases on their sites. So this is in fact causing a few problems for other sites.

E-mail from the Admin of 15 Ads Daily..
As per my last newsletter, sales last week have dropped significantly due to changes in AlertPay policy regarding acceptance or not of credit card payments. As a temporary measure, cashout will not be enabled this week. I am sorry but we need to make some adjustments to our overall plan. If sales are not coming in, then there is little or no revenue to share, and that has been the situation over the last 10 days or so. We are looking at recouping some of the funds we had used to build offsite revenue and talking to a credit card processor to be able to process purchases directly with them rather than via a third party.
I will keep you informed as events develop

Dean

It is true that AlertPay has implemented some stricter credit card processing requirements for their merchant accounts. However, I haven't heard about any other programs that were not able to seamlessly meet the requirements without interruption to their credit card processing. I like that the admin is honest about sales not coming in and the need to make adjustments. If there has been a problem for ten days though it might be too little too late to recover long term. I wish them the best.

In fact, Alertpay posted this change on their site for quite a while so that admin's would have the opportunity to submit their paperwork. As a member of this site I am, understandably, concerned. As soon as withdrawals can be made I think I shall begin removing my funds. Dean's emails over the last two weeks suggest the beginning of the end. I have enough tied up on this site to try to at least cut my losses.

The credit card verification is for any site that wants to accept that kind of payment. ( I have a store and I only found out about it because I was making a spend in another program. They did not send out info about it until after I started the verification process.) If a site uses multiple PP they wouldn't realize the need for verification instantly. I have tried making spends at a couple of other sites and received a message stating that they could not accept CC payments at this time. The reason.....they had not set up the verification. If you can't accept payments then of course sales will drop accordingly. It's that simple.
Perhaps Dean should have been 'more on top' of the changes at AP but seriously, who can predict what these PP services will do next?
Time will tell where 15AD will go, but calling it a scam with no actual proof will only cause AP to freeze assets and everyone loses! ( Like so many sites in the pass....people panic and AP reacts. Instead of pointing fingers and complaining.....try to remain cool and gather info. Then you have the proper tools to proceed when sites go south.

Addressing this to:sky2008 First of all, are you even a member here? Lets say it like this.. (not defending 15ads here, am deafening the whole surf community)
If you Don't know what AP is, i doubt that you shall start or do Anything with this s..... idea of yours. You will Only harm the programs, as it seams too me that you know very little about both processor's and the program structure and workings these days. I suggest that you take some time and read the forum, and you will see that there is plenty of information around payment processors already. We don't need or want another "scam Police" as we can do our own DD before we put in money into a program! I don't mean' to be rough on you, but it sounded like it came from a person Not knowing anything but want much :-) (And also you are New here) How long have you bean into this Industry if i may ask? There are many PRO's already who doing this "job", take a search on google after scam. I do not think we need others to tell us this as we sure can both read and check ourselves. :-) Also Please learn something before you go around and try ruin something you apparently don't know anything about.
Am sure "Dean" have a plan and will fix things, (But..why AP ain't fixed already i find strange, but am sure we get an explanation on this later) And a program ain't a scam before it IS a scam! A RS Program will and cant be a scam.. (if Admin pays out and do his job properly) But many members don't understand this.
A Revenue share program is based upon what comes INN to the programs and other earnings they might have. This is what we as members get a % of each week. However, many Admins seams to do this the wrong way, they try to hold the % up way too long rather than drop it like they should do every single week, depending on whats coming inn and whats going out + expenses they have. When a Admin sends out a mail like Dean did, we know there is a reason behind this ,and that he is honest (at least 99% lol) Time will tell the truth.
Have a nice day Kent

With all the Negative posts - thought I'd put out one observation. WE don't see the sales figures on a daily basis, to know what the program (this or any other) is doing, but we CAN watch the Membership count. If the Membership is growing, there will be funds for the next pay cycle.
Though I just started tracking this, I am encouraged by the numbers. I believe this will be looked at as a small bump in the road, and things will be back to normal shortly.

Does anyone honestly think they are coming back?? I mean if sales had been bad for a week do you think they will improve by stopping cashouts?? That's likely to just make it worse...
Also, RS programs can scam just like anyone else...the admin can just decide not to pay out and make a run with the funds in their accounts. Sounds kinda familiar doesnt it?

Yes I do think they will be back. The last e-mail I saw said they had worked out the credit card problem, They can accept them again, Think he said he was unsure of how long they would 'hold' the funds -and was still working on that.
I'll keep surfing - and keep checking on the latest news.

I think that naming 15AD a scam at this point is a bit premature. Dean has at least stayed in contact with the members and taken care of the situation at AP. Give the guy a chance!
As far as 'get your money out' everyone that invest in R/S sites should always get their 'seed money' out and then use earnings for acct growth, this is just common sense.

I am member of 15ads daily, however I just recently purchased a 10.00 venture, and I've made almost a dollar. I haven't made enough to cash out, so I hadn't heard or really paid attention to the cash out's yet. However my experience is (at least so far) is that if the admin is keeping members updated and is answering members support tickets then they have the intention of getting things back on target.

I agree. I'm not thrilled but we are receiving regular updates and this is a very good thing. I imagine after recent events on another site we are all a little jumpy.
