Better yet, go here https://www.libertyreserve.com/en/exchangers/index.aspx and find an exchanger as chances of getting scammed using an exchanger listed in LR directory are much smaller.

Safest way is to contact lr team they are introducing the way of depositing funds in lr through Credit card so Better if you contact them to fund your account
