Just wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what they are generating per unique visitor for the month?

I am building a social community that I will be presenting to investors next month and I need an estimate for my revenues.

For now, I used $.005 per unique monthly visitor. Is that too much? Too less?

It really depends on the main topic/niche. half a cent per unique though seems kind of high if its a myspace type site. I have a blog about random things and it uses adsense. Gets about 1000 uniques per day and generates maybe $2 per day. MMG on the other hand performs much better but thats because its targeted for a specific niche.
