You always see those ads on tv which talk about buying houses for 100 dollars down for low low prices >.>

Im just wondering if any of you tried to get those houses and flip them for profit? and how it turned out for you.

is this strategy only usable in us???? anybody from outside us tryin before???? it wil work in asia country like hongkong ornot???? anybody know????

I highly doubt you can buy them for that little there must be a catch. I would like to hear from somebody who has tried it before but from experience I know that if something sounds too good to be true then it probably is smile.gif

Indeed, I have the same feeling when hearing these stories. The piece of land is always worth tens of thousands of dollars, it's nonsense to sell for a couple of hundreds of dollars...

I think they may be talking about tax lien foreclosures, where you can acquire property for pennies on the dollar, but does not happen that frequently.

But I am sure if you have 10K you can pick up a foreclosure property
