I requested an exchange on the 1st and it says the estimated date is 2011-08-08.

But as of today the order is still not been processed.

My suggestion for future reference would be to extend the estimated date if the order is going to be processed later.
So we know what to expect, and wouldn't be opening tickets that doesn't seem to speed up the process anyway.

So if anybody is reading please check on my order or answer my ticket and let me know how much later to expect, or change the estimated date so I don't need to check on this order daily. Thank you so much.
