Are lottery clubs and pools legal?
Yes. States with lotteries recognize lottery clubs and pool playing. Lotto Magic does not sell lottery tickets. Only retailers who have been contracted by the Florida Lottery Commission are authorized to sell tickets. Lotto Magic promotes lottery club play with our computerized system to enhance our club member�s chances of winning. If there are no lotteries in your state, this may be your only way to play the lottery.

Doesn�t the United Postal Service have rules regarding lotteries?
Yes, several are in the US Code. Sec.3005 regarding lotteries has been on the books for about 50 years. Lotto Magic is not conducting a lottery -- we are merely a club buying tickets for our members in the Florida lottery. How do I find out what numbers you are playing for me?

Can you guarantee any winnings?
No. With all state lotteries, there are many losers compared to the few winners. No one can guarantee a winner every time. Who is eligible to join Lotto Magic?

Can I play my own numbers?
Yes, however, we don�t recommend it. We also will not play your selection if another Lotto Magic member has your numbers. What this TeamBuild means to you ?
Now coming to the point, we all have seen many companies/programs offering excellent payplan only if, I repeat only if we are able to fill the matrix, and we all have good experience on any team build which loses its momentum after couple of days.

Now we have a plan in place by which we can bring in two people for every 4 in your first level, that is for every four referred, 2 x $25 goes as monthly fee and the balance $25 x 2 will go in bringing in a two people for $25 instead of $50. So speaking in other way, you never need to pay the monthly fee again once you have 2 active members in your first level.

Since you will be getting 4 x $25 from first level every month, your $50 goes as monthly fee every month, and $50 can go into bringing two people every month.

And this way the matrix grows, and you can all start making money from matrix income and also take part in the weekly lottery, who knows you OR any one in your downline may win the lottery. If you win u get 50% and 5 uplines of yours get 10% each and if your downline from 1 to 5th level, wins the lottery you get 10% of the lottery amount. Isn�t this exciting.

Now we are lining up people and first 100 people in this team, are required to pay their first month fee, and once they get their four in the first level, they are supposed to pay back $50 to the team or benefactor two new member to the team, this way our team will grow very fast.

To keep the matrix going and not stall even after the above, I propose that we buy one more position in our own name every month once we start earning $50 from 1st 3 levels. (1st level = $8, 2nd level $32, and balance from 3rd level). Now you may ask what is the benefit of doing so. Let us suppose we have 10 people at the top making $50 and more from first 3 levels, they can add 10 more positions every month, and this will help them and others fill their five levels fast and reach the goal of $2728 per month per position

Our matrix is bound to grow manifold

• By bringing in two people every month for $25 once their first level is full
• By way of reinvesting one position every month once your 2nd level gets filled

I am sure we can have as much 50 odd position in 1-2 months reinvesting/sponsoring

What are the payment processors used
Right now the only way of paying them is US checking account or check by mail, but soon we may see them adding popular processors like STP/AP etc

I just found out that ClickVoyager gives 1,000 credits for every new member that you sign up (free). So here's my idea ... Maybe we can incorporate it in the teambuild concept ...

Every member that wants to take part in this teambuild must (is encouraged to?) contribute to the free promotion by signing up for a ClickVoyager account under his upline or any other member in the teambuild. And we use the thousands of free credits to promote urls for our teambuild splash pages. This way, we get free advertising which otherwise would cost us hundreds of dollars.

For example, if some of you join from my link http://www.clickvoyager.com/?id=fibonacci let's say 5 people joining, I'll get 5,000 manual click credits. Even in the cheapest advertising site like Clixsense, it takes $50++ to buy 5,000 clicks. Thats a pretty good news faith, some more signed up and paid and many internationals are waiting to pay to their US counterpart to get into the loop, things are moving pretty nice, and also I am getting another leader to our team build, hope we can some more new joinings to our team build

What if I join and can’t refer?

How long should I have to pay $50 every month without earning a penny?
Well once you join lottomagic and once you have two active in your first level from teambuild or from your own effort, you earn $25 from each every month which comes to $50, and monthly fee will be taken from back office and you need not pay the fee ever again and once your matrix grows, you will start earning

Even with the Teambuild what if I do not get any referrals?
Good Question!! It does happen some time that all members in team build are not active, and the team slows down after initial start. To over come this we have a strategy in place by way of benefactoring/reinvestment.

Once you get 4 in your first level your monthly commission will come to (4 x $25=$100), out of this $50 goes as monthly fee and from the balance $50, you must do partial benefactoring(as per team build rule) i.e. one can get into this for as little as $25, that means you can bring in two members every month this way.

Imagine if 50 people in our team build has their first level with 4 people, 100 people can join by way of partial benefactoring, and these 100 people will fill up the first level of other people waiting in the list, so even those paying just $25 may get 4 under them fast, which means their fee is taken care of and they too can bring in/benefactor more people next month, so number of people benefactoring every month keeps adding up.

Not only this, to speed up the recruiting process further , we have another rule in place, every member must reinvest one more position in his own name every month once their 2 level and part of 3rd level gets filled. Now not only the matrix grows, and so does your income, but also you will have multiple positions in couple of months time and start earning from those positions too.

With these two strategies I don’t see any reason why our team should slow down

Last week was really very good we have had more than 10 signups and words have started spreading out and our splash page is working well, thanks to all of you for promoting yet, every day i am getting 300 and more hits from different IPs, though any sale is yet to happen, but I am getting queries, I have added shout box, please do go and put your suggestions. Also I have added a small form, any one interested will fill it up and I will get their details and do the follow up later. It is just a beginning and if we all do still more promotion, I am sure we will get the desired result.

Yes it is, though most of them are from traffic exchangers, but repeated viewing of this will certainly make on curious to know what it is, and now I can see people coming to forum to see what it is, now we need to get active and post what all activities are taking place in promotion so that others too understand the team is alive and kicking.

Now I have some more exciting news on promotion, I am working on a ning site, and once every one takes active participation and once things are in order there, we can invite the entire google/yahoo/hotmail/other address of ours in one go. I am very much excited with this, I myself have more than 3000 ids in my address book, and if you ask me to list down the contacts i may not be able to to do more than 50, So this is an excellent tool and I am sure every one of us must be having 1000s or 100s in our address book, invite them all at one go and see the result.

Prior to that let me get the things in order at ning and also the most important thing, we all have to get active there

I joined this Team Build the second I read about it. This is beyond "BRILLIANT" play the Lotto which I do all the time anyhow and work with a Team Build. we have come up with another unique idea we are now asking people to list themselves with us, (they not need join and upgrade now) once we have 150 members in the list we will start the sign up process. Pls add yourself only if you are sure on joining and ready with $50 if you are in US or $57 for international wither in STP/AP/PP.

Once we have 150 people in the list, we shall start the sign up process and that will trigger the reinvestment/benefactoring next month, which will keep the team going and even 150th person inteh list need not wait longer and will get his levels fast with new member coming in / reinvestmnet / benefactoring happening
