I have no idea what is going on, but someone has drained my LR account.

Over $1000 has been sent to a user "U4666986" from my account without my permission.

Is there anything I can do about this?

I don't get it. I never click on any possible phishing links. IP security was on, but apparently it's useless. This is terrible.

I imagine you`ve contacted LR about this?

I don`t know what can be done about it, LR normally put the ball back in their customers` court and tell them that they must be responsible.

When you enter your login details do you just tap them in, or use the keypad on the LR site?

Oh so sorry to hear that news.

It seems no matter what security measures one takes and puts in place, scammers
still manage to break through.

I hope LR can somehow sort this out for you.

I have same problem with LR before 4 months, I have lost my 500$.
But they have not help me to get it back.
So dont waste your time they never support.
Try Paypal instead, it is the safest.

You should check your computer security before complaining.

this is a very dissapointed situation. Anyone can go inside your LR account unless you gave him your password or you let him know all your personal information. Didnt you look for you daily welcome message, how you know they really took your money.
