I have an account on PM, but i forgot my password! so, i can not enter in my account...
I sended a lot of emails for this problem, but nothing happened yet! and that situation last already 2 days....
It's a unpleasant situation! Hope i will resolv soon !
If somenone can help me with an ideea, please do! I will be gratefull!

this a serious issue. at least they should reply to you and ask you some verification requests to restore your password.

they don't have the "forgot your password" option like most sites have?

Best of luck. I forgot my password and they were absolutely no help at all.

In fact they were pretty snotty about it.

I finally remembered my password. But I don't think I'll use PM now.

they have NOW, after my 10.000 emails for that.

Now, another problem with PM: i send some money to them in 20 march..and now is 7th April, and my money still didn;t arrive in my PM account!!!!
Why???..the answer from PM admin is:
" Usually it takes 3 business days, but in your case our bank requested us to send all your data and to check your transfer. We cannot force us to complete this procedure faster. We truly apologize for that delay. Most likely the money will arrive in the nearest time".

by now i step in 19 waitnig days.....IS THAT POSSIBLE??? ANYONE HAPPEN THE SAME THING?

I am glad you solve your password trouble. I had a similar problem, but it took almost 1 month until I got the transfer from Germany, I remembered to see my account everyday. I hope you receive your money soon. Try to write them everyday or keep on touch. best luck

When I forgot my password they sent me the email below:

"Please send us the scan of some of your official documents, so we will
be sure that you're the true owner of the account.

But then I remembered of my password and did not need to send documents!
