nchancer, so when you invest, you actually meet the CEO till the cleaner level, read their licence to make sure they are legal, go to the country and meet all of them, audit all their accounts etc. frankly, i am very impressed. wonder how true it is or just insisting on something that never really happened just to justify your own point. nevertheless, i admire your DD (only if it happened. note that i never say it did not) and also, pls do recommend to all members reading this thread which programs are so opened (since corporate governance is the hot thing right now)

fyi, this is not my first day doing investments (be it swisscash or stock mkt etc) so don't try to BS your way around here. showing you licence? might as well get the CEO to show his ass, since everything you want could be done.

Someone approached me selling this company just a few days ago. I asked some questions on credibility and exactly what sort of investments in particularly they are under taking I only got vague answers. I was supposed to be told the answer yesterday but I suppose he could not produce any. So I decided to do some research myself. But instead I came across these two articles:

I have been following this thread for a while now. I must admit there was a point that I was about ready to join but living in Switzerland I took the trouble to check if the company was registered here and it is NOT, notr Swiss Mutual Fund. That is my only comment. Needless to say I did not join.

Well base on my knowledge, SMF was registered in CommonWealth of Dominica, back 7 years ago.

Hi people, boy was it stressful to read the entire thread, well for my eyes anyway.

I am an SC investor myself for a few months now and have been paid along with all my uplines and their respective downlines, without fail. Having said that, I am not putting all my faith in it until there is concrete evidence that they are 100% legitimate and all have satisfactory answers to all the 'grey' areas that have already been pointed out. At the moment there are only 'red flags' and no satisfactory evidence that they are a legitamate establishment. There may be logical explainations behind them but so far it is obvious no one has addressed them.

What I found funny is the fact that the skeptics and the Pro-SCs users in here are ever so passionate about their respective views on SC. From what we have uncovered so far (which may or may not be credible), it is safe to say that the SC investors knows the risks involved and what they are getting themselves into. However, what worries me is that undoubtedly some of these investors would want to create their own 'hierarchy' of downlines as quickly as they possibly can; 'blinded' by the attractiveness of the commission; in such a way that they fail to keep their potential clients fully informed of the risks associated, by giving them a chance to make an educated decision to invest. If SC/SMF does indeed proves to be a scam in the future, then not so much of the lost of their investment that is at stake, but more importantly, the potential of putting their irreplaceable relationships with their close ones into jeopardy that they have taken long to built. If on the other hand that SC/SMF proves to be legitimate then the world would be a richer place and our lives would be transformed to a certain extent.

So let those who are already in SC enjoy their returns meanwhile but be aware that the question some of us are asking is how long will it last for and is it sustainable if they are legitimate. I think new investors should do more research if they are planning to invest a large sum. Bear in mind that for existing investors and especially those who were in right from the start, are already in a good stead as they would have made back their capital or nearing it (obviously depending on how long they have been a member), so the rest of the ROI is just a bonus. That is the way I see it and playing it so that I would not feel let down if it does fall apart. New investors may not have enough time to recover their capital should this proves to be a scam and short lived. It will interesting to see their activities and if they are still in action nearing the 15 months that is fast approaching..

The skeptics have already voiced their opinions and valid arguments. The SC investors are currently happy with their current returns. So let this thread be a discussion that is both helpfull and informative whilst we all seek to find the truth and not let it turn into a personal attack frenzy. We are all mature adults.

hello all, i have been following and updating this thread for the past 4 months, and had invested in swisscash for 2 months. To be frankly, i only have 50 50 confident in swisscash. I just couldnt share this programme with my friend as i dont wan them to invest in a possible scam, but at the same time i dont wan them to miss this oppurturnity where it may change their life. Can someone provide me solid evidence of the existence of SC and SMF? Then i will probably boost the sales.
