Actually he's asking me to help him dig info on swisscash because like every swisscash investor here in singapore....he's upset about the wait till OCT thingy. To make matter worse....he did recommeded SC to his friends and relatives and the total investment outlay was close to 300,000 SGD. And all these monies are supposedly to be their lifetime savings. He is like a living zombie now cause all his relatives keep pestering him for the payout and he can't do anything about it. He did try to contact his upline but was UNREACHABLE. It is dreadful...i must say..to be in his shoes if you know what i mean.
Now here's what I've find out from this wonderful thread. ( I DID READ THRU EVERY SINGLE PAGE). From my humble observation I think SC is turning out to be a brilliantly co-ordinated investment scheme/scam (Jeez i could not even made up my mind!). Its not conclusive though. (Issit a scam or scheme?) However all the indicators are saying that the scheme is gonna be a "scam" soon. (SC supporters please dun flame me - I did not say SC is a scam - not for the time being).

Not trying to be rude, you money in there also? If so, you should hope that they are not scamming. If not, you may just sit there and watch. No harm at all, all of us come here to make money not to come here to quarrel. Swisscash is not a god either, play wise, play it safe. Be patient. You can learn from those senior in here, they will not shout around, yet they will digest every information they can get and try to think in a proper way how to manage thing up. I trully understand the situation adhere....because i am seeing it daily how my friends and close family members going thru this horrible climax....just because of some pay=out samples and guaranteed statement did by swisscash promoters aka cheerleaders....
There is nothing can be done now....no refund...gone is gone.......just tell them to go somewhere for vacation or shift to some other place for time bieng....because life must go on ...and money can be earned in matter of time....i mean they need some time and new environment to recover.

Not only from those 3 countries. I presume it applies to all countries in respect of the old Plan SIP15300. Any investors from non-listed 3 countries, still receiving SRP?
For the old Plan SIP15300 converted to ACF, there would be no more SRP. But for those downlines whose SIP15300 remains "paying", the SRP should continue. Maybe SC can clarify on this technical issue.

Perhaps that was the reason to add 20% incentive and paid the profits in full for the unmatured period. Uplines will realise that there is sudden drop in revenue with no SRP. SFP is based on new sales every month. Let's see for referrers in non-listed 3 countries and their downlines in the unaffected countries as whether or not SRP for old SIP15300 still go on.

hi friend, sorry to hear what happened to your friend. i'm pretty sure the way he approach his potential investors is grossly wrong. sorry to say that but he surely never state the potential pitfalls properly and was only aiming to earn as much as he can. i'm not a least worried when the payment is freezed as my downlines know what they are getting into (not some riskless investments). if they are demanding $$$ from him, means he is doing something really wrong and there's nothing much we can help here. just pray hard for him

Regarding Bahar and his DreamKaya team are MISC....and no need real police to find him because each of his downline are self made interpol who are hunting him all corner.

Shall we conclude that no SRP and SFP are paid after SC completed the "major upgrade" for the three countries concerned, irrespective where the downlines are from, since the SIP15300 investments are already completely worked out and therefore expired, plus the 20% incentives as compensations, I suppose, for everything. All other countries remain same as per the prior system until the SIP15300 do actually expire at the 15th month.
Again I don't see why some forum placed SC under scam folder as I see that SIP25 has been doing great sales.

Well written brother!! We have same line of thought. They are egotistic, belittling, bullying and name-calling. They really enjoy doing that because they are from the so-called 'developed' country. SC members don't bother them (waste of time and energy) over there and they are now coming over here to do their 'business'.

The invisible hand of the dealer deposited cash directly into my account.
The exchange rate used was 1.48 According to Maybank's website, the buying TT is 1.5090 Therefore it seems the dealer took commision of 0.0290 x 500USD = 14.5SGD or somewhere around there.
I hope this helps to clarify that: 1) OMT still works, at least for 500USD, someone try 1 million USD, see if it will go thru... LOL 2) That 3rd party dealers are still used, for Maybank account in Singapore
My downline previously also got 3rd party cash deposit into OCBC account in Singapore

Brother, I am a pragmatic person, and I tend to search for facts rather than assumptions.
One thing I've learned, before I decided my risk appetite and invested in SC, was from TalkGold forum. The people there were saying 'proof of payment is not proof of not scam'
I agree with this. This is logical.
Many HYIPs also paid, but finally they closed.
I still hold my opinion that I cannot confirm SC is a scam, I cannot confirm it is not. I do know that my upline got paid, my friends got paid, I myself withdrew money and got it in my account. But payment is not confirmation that SC is not a scam. Many scams/HYIP started off paying without problem.
The unusual thing that I have to concur is that, it is indeed unusual that SC has not missed its payment, there were delays, and I think there was an investor who did a TT after SC stopped bank TTs (case of upline not doing his job), and there was some problem there, other than that, payment seems to be quite smooth sailing for the 2 years, which is quite unusual for a program of such nature.
And I am quite impressed with the security of the website. (except the change from .biz to .net which was an embarrassment, but ultimately, it was a domain transfer, not hacking incident)
Finally, we still have to wait for the 1 Oct when ACF is withdrawable. That is the BIG test.
