yes, via bank.
Earlier, b4 swisscash introduce 3rd party payment, all succesful OMT carried the name of Swiss Mutual Fund as the remitter. My friends who has invested earlier, did received the same later frm SECCOM. They are tracing all OMT that being remmited by Swiss Mutual FUnd. According to my friends who have called the SECCOM personel, they seems still blurred regarding this swisscash. And look like they are being pressured by some party to take action blindly. Anyway, that's how they work in bolehland. Even football is being politicized. smile.gif

P.S.
Didnt our particular should be confidential and only be released with our consent? No?

Dear Friends
It is not only football that is playing politics in MY!!
The poor must remain poor and the ignorant nust remain ignorant. This is the unwritten law that MY politicians in power follow. This enables them to remain in power and rule by fear.
Why the sudden concern of the Securities Commission (SECCOM)?
The motives for banning SwissCash in Malaysia by the Securities Commission and the Government is highly suspect. There are so many sex and adult sites that need to be closed down, but they are not doing it. Why? The politicians must be enjoying them, whereas they are being deprived of 'income' from SwissCash Investors as money is being paid direct to the investors!
In this 'Boleh Land' ....if they cannot have it .....neither can you!!
BTW You need permission from Bank Negara (Central Bank) to T/T RM 50K and above. All banks in MY are obliged by law to report all transfer of money overseas for amounts of RM10K and above.
Their intention in denying access to SwissCash is their way of 'punishing' us for investing without going through them. There were many scams in MY (Chit Funds, Gold Coins, Gold Bullion, etc) that went bust and a lot of people lost a lot of money, but no one was arrested or brought to court even though they were locals. Why?
I am an adult and I invested with my eyes open, fully knowing the risks. I had already withdrawn 120% of my investment when ACF was introduced. When my money was in the bank I only got a miserly 3% per annum! The irony is that the money that I invested is money that has already been taxed by the MY govt.
The MY Govt. cannot prove fraud as SwissCash has not closed down and no one has been denied payment yet.
The sad thing is that SwissCash has also blocked login. I can get to the site through proxy servers but cannot login. Will this happen to other countries?? What will happen next??

myRegards

Is OMT still being handled by 3rd party or has it been switched back to SMF as the remitter?

Hopefully someone with a knowledge would care to explain. smile.gif

The Emerging Market Fund (EMF) was created by SMF on November 1, 2006 with an objective of long-term capital growth spurred by investing mainly in diverse projects, equity securities, and any promising opportunities in emerging markets around the world. Investment will take place either directly or through third-party investment vehicles and channels.

Current Focus Market:
Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Egypt, Libya, South Africa, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Poland, China, India, Malaysia, South Korea, and Vietnam (the management reserves the right to make changes depending on its e.valuation parameters).

Scope of Investment:
Biotechnology, Biofuel and Renewable Energy, Information Technology, Finance, Infrastructure, Lumber, Manufacturing, Minerals, and Plantations (the management reserves the right to make changes depending on its e.valuation parameters).

Agriculture Commodity Fund (ACF) is being launched by SwissCash on 1st April 2007. Agricultural Commodities Trading has become one of the world's safest investment portfolios with an unlimited upside potential and controllable downside. Over the past decade, commodities have also evolved as an asset class with the development of commodity futures indexes and, more recently, the introduction of investment vehicles that track commodity indexes.

SwissCash has put together a team of 10 experienced and talented commodity traders and experts with a combined experience of no less than 150 years. Led by Mr. Gregor Yatsez from Poland, this team’s combined average return per month has never been less than 11.3%. There is no reason to believe that ACF will perform any less well than this.

Just a point of observation from south of the hemisphere, I've been experiencing equal difficulty viewing the www.swisscash.net site as well.
The site takes forever to load unlike the www.sip25.com and other sites which you have mentioned.
Perhaps your assumption may have some validity, the .net site may be undergoing some form of upgrading as the slowing down of the .net site is a recent event.
I've been monitoring site hits on all 3 sites and have noticed a slowing down of the .net site since the 24th of this month.

Where are these (EMF & ACF) shares being trade?. Is it in any of these STOCK EXCHANGE ?
Here you can go by continent and their respective country.SCash should update this info at
"SCash backoffice Introductory Information". These info is vital and should on top of everything.

There is nothing appear on these symbols (EMF&ACF) related with Swisscash.

http://www.escapeartist.com/stock/markets.htm

The basic rules on trading shares is the share holder knows where he is trading and how much he
is trading it. Even a remiser who trade your share has to update where and how much and advice
on migration from one market to another market.

Appreciate if you can provide the info on where these shares are being trade and what is the
symbol to view or query.

Beside that who is Mr. Gregor Yatsez from Poland who trade the share's ??? Experience of 150 years
in trading business but no history of this person and its just POP UP all the sudden in a few
swisscash related link. Any detail of these person beside link related with Swisscash ?

The 6th SENSE...... Lighten.gif

Why is the site's having problem ???

http://www.sip25.com
Still ok and running fine and will run fine because of new plan and currently more people
are intrested because of lifetime payment and perfectly applied with the binary / ponzi
structure with recent new investors in Middle East , South Africa and old members as well.

http://swissmutualfund.com
Will have problem and evantually die because non of these are really traded and totally
related with above structure which most of you are in pending mode.

http://www.swisscash.net
Totally will gone because hold most of prime accounts and majority of these money was
converted into ACF shares which no clear picture on the nature of trading. Further more
the selling time is closer and the payment will be huge although 50% as mentioned earlier.

Hope i am wrong with my 6th sense and let see what will be taking place on coming days.

As some tech savvy members of this forum are aware everyday all of the SwissCash Websites go into accounting mode and are then unreachable. As a banker and a techie I have watched this happen so many times I cannot begin to count because it happens at about 2-3 am GMT or there abouts. When this happens I can't login and I can't do anything.

Sometimes when I login in I just get a graphic of a lightbulb and a statement that sorry we are in accounting mode.

My US upline has told me that after some time, the MY situation WILL MOST SURELY be resolved. My upline also said that many OMT's that where pending would now be resolved, and in the last 7-10 days I am seeing more OMT's being fulfilled on all the forums.

SwissCash cannot afford to leave the MY investors hanging out on a limb and will in their own time sort out the situation. Sadly it was Bolehland that took first blood and so Swiss Cash has been forced to react in a way that they don't really want but had no choice and will react in their on timeframe.

It is gratifying to see the Jarjar take a more constructive line of reasoning in recent posts.

Well... could you update in which forum you see there is OMT being fulfilled?? And how sure
you are that it is really in accounting mode and it is a preparation for sorting out payment ???
Is there any official announcement or link to confirm it or it just your 2 cents...???

I am in a position that I have an excellent upline in the US who really goes out of his way to give us all news in one of his private weekly newsletters. I get answers when I ask them and I am just saying what he has said in these newsletters.

Swiss Cash is a private investment facility and not a public one. I have never seen an ad in the Wall Street Journal advertising for investors for Swiss Cash. In the banking business there are many "by invitation only" investment opportunities. Swiss Cash is not unusual in that they do not want to be examined closely. This is their prerogative!

My upline told me when I got into Swiss Cash, that they have made the offer and you are welcome to accept it on their terms or not. All of us did this. Sadly Bolehland has become the saboteur in a private offer that has worked for you and me and my friends for some time. We all invested money what we could afford to invest (read gamble) and we anticipate it will give a good return. Then we make a mistake!

We go down and deposit it in our Maybank bank account and go out and buy a real nice new Perodua and go to a night club to celebrate. All the time our investments are growing but out strategy is not!

After a while SECCOM sees what is happening and decides to stop it, cause it is making a fool of their state sponsored investment offerings. No one has the forethought to go and get their money offshore and now they are stuck!

If as our resident angin, does you have a traditional investment strategy you will be satisfied with 3-5% and I wish him well.

Hey folks,

I came across something that might be interesting for your knowledge smile.gif

http://www.equitydevelopers.com/client_profiles.asp

Especially the last part:

QUOTE
Kim wants to form a mutual fund. However, she lives in a country that has excessive securities regulations. Complying with all of the rules and requirements would be very expensive and would ultimately result in lower returns to those who invest into her mutual fund. Rather than fighting a mountain of red tape, Kim decides to form the mutual fund in an offshore location where there are little or no securities regulations. This allows her to form and operate the mutual fund with very low overhead and pass nearly all of the returns onto her clients.

I would exercise extreme caution using any of these sites to login until we get a confirmation that they are authentic from my Senior Upline!

Hi! Few hours ago I can’t login to my swisscash account. It said that it under maintenance. But now It had been fixed. Just now I have already login to my swisscash account. One funny thing is that yesterday I have been wondering why swisscash had not been updating the plan information page. Now the page have been updated.

For your information:

In MY, as far as I know logging into www.swisscash.net for now is difficult. Perhaps, it is under upgrading!

Please try any of the following sites to access SwissCash homepage with proxy connection:-
http://www.sip25.com
http://www.scmutualfund.com
http://secured.swissmutualfund.biz/web/login.aspx

In spite of our predicament in MY, SwissCash is still alive in many parts of the world.
There is still a reasonable amount of hope. Please sincerely pray and have faith.
Together, we can make a difference! There is strength and weakness in any program.
The SwissCash program is still paying even though there are some glitches here and there.

I get this one when i check :http://secured.sip25.com/web/login.aspx

BE CAREFUL !!

thru experience, whenever I get that screen, it means there is some updates/maintenance going on,
then I just use any one of the 4 websites to login,
not all websites are in maintenance at the same time,
so login is not a problem

IMPORTANT: Guarding Against Phishing
It is important to educate ourselves and apply this knowledge to prevent internet crime from robbing our online account and money. Phishing or quite popular known as 'fishing' is an on-going crime in this age of the global internet revolution and super information highway. It can happen to anybody using the internet if we are NOT careful in detail checking.
What is Phishing in general?
When a bogus organisation goes 'Phishing' (pronounced 'fishing'), it is attempting to illegally obtain sensitive personal information from you, e.g. your trading ID, username, password, TAP, identity card numbers, passport numbers, bank account numbers, credit card numbers etc. They will then use the information you have provided to access your account for illegal purposes, e.g. stealing your e-points with the ID, password and TAP you have mistakenly given or commit credit card fraud with the credit card numbers that you have mistakenly provided to the 'phishing' individual or organisation.
How is Phishing usually done?
Common techniques that are used by the phishing fraudsters include, but are not limited, to the following: Using false email addresses, logos, and graphics to mislead you into accepting the validity of the emails and web sites; Faking domain names to appear as if they represent SwissCash; Duping you into providing personal details through one or more methods, such as hyperlinks to fake websites or embedded forms in emails.

For example, you may receive an email that claims to be from SwissCash that asks you to click on a link to a website within the email to update certain sensitive information for certain reasons. When you click on the link, you will be directed to a particular web site that may look exactly like SwissCash where you will be asked to enter sensitive information. Emails like these may look quite sophisticated and even carry SwissCash logos and security seal. However, do not trust them.
As a matter of security, SwissCash will never send you an email asking you to update your sensitive personal information.
How come the Bogus Web Site looks EXACTLY like the SwissCash web site or SwissCash interface?
It is relatively simple to make a web site look exactly like a legitimate organisation's site by merely duplicating what is available from the internet. It is for this reason that even our email account's username and password can be stolen if we unknowingly key them into a look-alike web site when we want to log-in to our email account.
How can I prevent myself from being 'phished'?
Do not follow any link(s) within a suspicious email to the SwissCash web site or SwissCash interface. Because it is SwissCash policy (and even Bank policy) to never request account holders through email to update your sensitive personal account information.
Please note that any emails that request for your information in this manner is definitely bogus.
Below are some other steps that you can take to prevent yourself from being a victim of a 'phishing'; fraudulent emails:
Always enter the full URL for SwissCash web site into your browser address bar. Never reveal your password and TAP to anyone.
No staff of SwissCash or even any bank, should ever ask you for your password and TAP / PIN under any circumstances.

If you get an email that warns you that a SwissCash account of yours will be shut down or suspended temporarily unless you reconfirm your personal information, do not reply or click on the link in the email. Never click on a link in an email that prompts you to login with your ID, password and TAP. Always type in the actual URL of the SwissCash website into your browser. If you put your cursor or mouse over the URL link in the fraudulent email, you will be able to see the embedded full address of the actual fake URL on the bottom left-hand corner of your monitor screen. This fake URL at a first quick glance may look 'real' but if you carefully check the URL spelling alphabet by alphabet, you will notice it is NOT the same as the genuine URL. But the URL spelling in the fraudulent email is correct but its embedded URL is wrong!

Please note that any emails of this nature are malicious in intent and are not from SwissCash. Please ignore the mail and DO NOT fill in the requested information. SwissCash will never ask you to verify any sensitive personal information by email. Some SwissCash investors have their accounts already robbed by phishing.
Note: The above article is adjusted and adapted by me from a banking source.
Please circulate it if you can as an awareness education campaign to all. Thank you.
