Cheers for posting that video. Yes it is definitely a time to buy in the US if you are able to. Property prices are low and more people will be looking to rent instead of buy as unemployment continues to rise. This is good for landlords and should drive rent up or atleast keep it steady, despite ultra low interest rates.
Just hope you didn't own to many properties in the US before the collapse!
