I'd like to thank Alert Pay with their hard work of sorting out refunds for members that put in a claim for their Megalido experience.

Today I received a 30% refund and I am happy about that. Big surprise!

I got about 30% as well. I'm soooooooooooo happy they refunded me. It took a while, but I found out since there were A LOT of members they had to process through, it took time. Once again good job AP.

i got my full refund of $100 last january

Congrats jr, good for you to report right away. I did not so I didn't expect anything but was pleased to get 30% of my loss back. I just wish I had known it would have worked earlier to tell my Dad. But they rejected his claim because it was after 30 days. I think that they had just finished getting everyone settled with 30%.
I know now, if you need to file a complaint, do it immediately!
