I've adde at my site but not solved my problem because the bots.

Maybe the captcha is too easy to read by a bot.

While I'm not sure what type of Captcha is being used in this case, I find at my site that we have already had a few bots that have managed to get past the Captcha. We are using the re-captcha program, which is used by companies all around the world, including Craigslist and ticketmaster. Perhaps thats why, its too popular.

I have yet to see a captcha that is both capable of keeping the bots out, while still being readable to the average user.
