Well, if one owner got two payment system - I better work with Perfect Money) Cause know for sure that they are got only one large investor, whos ll not spend my $ and will not goes to nowhere.

I will go with Pecunix because it is internationally recognized, they provide a real API security system. The fees are low, you must not pay too much, and finally payment are quickly.
