eg: Sending $5 from AlertPay to your Paypal Account

Not directly. You need to find someone or a company to do the exchange for you for a fee.

There are different ways to exchange, just be sure you don't get ripped off smile.gif

you have to exchange with other members but be sure you have to trust him. I mean a very trusted person

No buddy its never possible.
Every bank can transfer the funds to that bank accounts only
not the others . better you find exchangers
