Why can't I deposit to my account thru alertpay using my credit card? Please reply to my email getrich2472002@yahoo.com

I HAVE ALREADY FUNDED MY AGGERO ACCOUNT WITH ALERTPAY USING CREDIT CARD A FEW TIMES. ALL OF A SUDDEN ALERTPAY WILL NOT LET ME DO THIS.
there is also a $250 monthly limit for unverified members. maybe thats the reason why.
Does anyone know if the credit card company's charge a cash advance fee if you use it through AlertPay?
