These programs are in the edge of what is considered legal and thus 99.9% of them will have a problem in providing the kind of details you are suggesting.
Basically, in ponzis, some people make money and some people loose it. Those who loose it will many times consider themselves scammed and will want to initiate legal action. No matter how honest an admin has behaved there will always be people who lost money and who consider themselves scammed. So why should an admin expose herself to such a vulnerable position so dumb people who spend money at ponzis without understanding the risks involved will be able to take legal action, like that is going to get their money back. The best "principle" you can follow is don't spend in ponzis if you are not prepared to loose your money. Being a smart ponzi player is NOT about believing that you can do proper due dilligence and then invest "safely". Jason
To me it is the ROI and forums . Why ROI coz after all we are talking about money , risk of dissappering act of sites or Admins taking our money with them. As for forums if a forum doesnt allow members to post negative posts and disapprove with what the sites did and got ban for that , you know that the site is having some thing under their sleeves covering things that hurts the programmes . that is juz a 2cents tot of mine , you can object what i say
For me, it's a bit of all of those, in no particular order, along with a fair bit of "gut instinct". If people are saying good things about a program, I'll listen. If the ROI is good enough, I'll sometimes take a risk, even if I'm not sure if the program will stick around in the long term.
I think visibility is a difficult one. Since there ARE a lot of programs around that are quite clearly illegal, and others that are not far from it, it would be hard for admins to be totally up front and honest about who they are. But I do know there are some programs that are 100% legal and also pretty visible. I've met the owner of one of my programs, and I don't think there's any substitute for that. It really helps to instill confidence. But I guess it depends on the type of programs you decide to join. |
