Is there anyone out there that is making good money from affiliate marketing? I just joined a private money making society online and the guy running it is actually making millions in under a year. Is this really possible?

Know the best program and products to promote. Obviously, you would want to promote a program that will enable you to achieve the greatest profits in the shortest possible time. There are thousands of affiliate programs online which gives you the reason to be picky. You may want to select the best to avoid losing your advertising dollars.

Select one that has plenty of tools and resources that can help you grow the business in the shortest possible time. Not all affiliate programs have these capacities. Make use you decide on one with lots of helpful tools you can use.


Nobody has invented the perfect affiliate market yet. But some people do know how to make it big in this kind of market. It is just knowing your kind of market and making the earnings there.

You really do not need allot of money if any money at all. I will be honest however, to make money sometimes you have to spend money. I have two programs that I make money from, and they cost me $15/month. One $10 month fee is to cover the cost of hosting my website, not a big deal, the other $5/ month is for a service I use and is an affiliate program.

I launched a website that offers people free income streams, advertising, and other free resources.
Also, I have been assisting and mentoring a few people in earning money online, and they are doing great.

I'm making $6000-$7500/month from Affiliate Marketing. The world does not only revolves around HYIPS, PTS and MLMS. I personally know a few people like Amit Mehta (PPC-Classroom 2), Jonathan Volk(LPgen), Gauher Chaudhry (PayPerClickFormula), and Paul Bourque (uberaffiliate.com/blog) making millions per year. If you dig deeper, you'll realize that 2 of those that I've mentioned are actually quite YOUNG.

Affiliate Marketing is not the usual "Get Rich Quick Scheme' where you "Invest" $1,000 and get 12% growth every month. It takes a LOT of money to make more money. Typical ROI will be 50-80%, but it takes a lot of TESTINGS and tweaking before hitting such returns.

I have absolutely no idea which "money making society online?" you were talking about. Probably the first time I've heard such "society" exists. Don't go around joining and buying ebooks from the so called GURUS...most of them are selling rehashed info. All the information needed to get you started are already out there in the internet, just do a search in Google you'll be surprised how generous people can be. If you're impatient and do not want to learn the skills the hard way, I'd only recommend these 2 coaching services:

1) PPC-Classroom2 by Amit Mehta (Sorry. No longer accepts any new member at the moment. I was a member before but recently canceled the membership because I'm also in PPC-Coach and I don't need 2 "coaches". Anyway, they haven't blocked my access to the member areas yet. If anyone's interested, PM me and I'll send you a couple of materials from PPCC2 for free.

2) PPC-Coach
Probably the best coaching available in the market. Lots of great tools, videos and friendly members who will help you out along the way. Yes, I'm still a member there partly because the tools are extremely useful to my business.

Like I've said, you don't really need any coaching, or buy any ebooks. Just Read more, TAKE ACTIONS and learn from your mistakes. When you start making money from Affiliate Marketing, you'll agree with me that it's just a numbers game.

Frankly speaking, Affiliate Marketing to me, is like playing a game of "DOTa"...farming for more golds and equip myself with top-notch softwares that will help to reduce my work dramatically.

Yep. Only promote those that offer you tracking ability in the back end. Promoting any products without tracking it is like playing darts blind folded.

To cut short the process of picking the best products to promote, just join any Affiliate Networks like ClickBank, CJ, Azoogle, Copeac and give your Affiliate Manager a call and ask which product is selling like hot cakes.

Yes, this is so true. I made the mistakes of BUYING ebooks. Now, getting them for FREE is a must depending on the product.
I see a different ebook daily, anymore it is about TWITTER. Want to know about twitter? The info they sell you is available for free. Just marketed to those who do not believe they can find the info alone

If you read enough, I mean REALLY read ALLOT every day. Learn from your mistakes, and watch closely what those who are successful are doing. I watch, but never duplicate, only learn. And ask questions, if someone wants money for an answer, google it.

yes there are a lot of successful people who are making a lots and lot of money through affiliating at first and when they become successful in promoting products they created their own products then start to boom..

I personally believe that making money online with affiliate marketing is not so much about choosing affiliate network as it is about using effective marketing. After all you need to be able to get traffic to your site in order to make sale no matter whatever you're selling. Here is my two cents worth! I have been trying to make money through affiliate marketing for a while. Read loads tried to implement without much luck. Now I am learning with somebody an am really happy, because I think I found the right training program for me and I am on my way.

I would think that you also need to target a niche that people are searching for and maybe that you enjoy since you will need to spend time promoting it. I for one would definitely learn how to make a few extra bucks with affiliate marketing and will be attending some local meetups with other affiliate marketers to pick their brains. From my other business ventures I do believe in finding a good mentor who is willing to help and mentor you along the way.

Yes, it's possible to make a lot of money with affiliate marketing. It is one of the few legitimate ways to make money with little to no investments. It does take time though, and a lot of work! Don't expect to make millions right away, or even in a year. That's not saying it's not possible, it's just not very likely... You have to learn a lot, although it's simple stuff you're learning, you DO need to learn how to do it right.

As far as cost goes, you do need to spend money on a domain name and web hosting. Although, you may choose to go through a free blogging platform if you are just starting out, until you learn the ropes. However, your own website is the better option. Keyword research is crucial to success and targeting free traffic, so eventually keyword research software would be a wise investment, (that should be sooner rather than later) other than that, everything you spend depends on you. You may choose to pay for advertising for a quicker response to your website, although building a foundation and waiting for free, organic traffic is better. You may also want to outsource work that you don't like to do, and get more software that frees more time for you to build more websites...

Starting out though is fairly inexpensive, in relation to starting an offline business. And that's another thing, treat this as a business that you are starting, take it seriously, invest the time, learn everything you can. If you do, it will pay you like a business. If you go into it thinking you are going to get rich in 2 weeks or next month in your spare time, whenever you have 10 minutes to put into it, then you probably won't make much. You do need to put time and energy into affiliate marketing, especially in the beginning until you get it off the ground.

Personally i'd be pretty leery. Of the people i've known who did this the only ones who made any money were people who were willing to turn EVERY interaction with EVERYONE into a selling opportunity. The rest ended up buying an awful lot of the product themselves.

The danger is in spreading yourself too thin. You need to pick a niche and find some good keywords using Market Samurai. You need to find a good trainer like Matt Carter with his Rapid Profits Formula course. Then build back links into your site to get it in the top half of the first page of Google for your home page keyword and several of your other keywords. Affiliate marketing can be quite lucrative. I made my first $100.00 check by marketing Ipage, a webhoster, on my blog. They actually pay 115.00 per referral. The only thing I did was do some keyword research to write an article about them, I added it to my blog and built backlinks to the article, then I inserted their banners on my blog so that people would click on them. This is just an example of how well you could do with affiliate marketing, however it takes some research and a lot of work to get to the point where you're getting monthly checks from it. It's very possible though. A friend of a friend became an affilitate for a hair loss product for men. He made a web page for the product. He built backlinks to it and got high rankings in the search engines. He makes more than $3000.00 a month off the one site. If you pick the right program, it's extremely profitable.

I think that affiliate marketers are the biggest scammer's in the industry. Once you buy there product then the only way you can get there software to work is if you buy there 2000 dollar help guide and the to bombard you with more programs that they themselves do not use. My e mail box is filled with the latest program,software the can't live without program that promises pie in the sky

What you're describing is not affiliate marketing. An affiliate marketer doesn't own a product.

Anyway, I think affiliate marketing is one of the best ways for someone to get started making money online.

You can make a ton of money from affiliate marketing! All you doing is selling other people products. You just have to know what you doing! Let me give you some numbers most people don't tell you. If it's a cold offer meaning that the people that you selling too don't know you then you be lucky to get 1 out of 100. Built a list and build a relationship with that list! Then you will make money!

I earn money from affiliate marketing but not millions. There are other people who does earn that much but an average marketer and newbies doesn't. There is nothing impossible in this world though so you can try your luck.

The vast majority of the money I've made online was/is through affiliate marketing. Yes -- they are people who are absolutely raking it in using affiliate marketing. For anyone just starting out, I would encourage you to not be too concerned about someone else making millions as that could scare you into not starting. You don't have to make millions to do well.
