You can attempt to contact them by phone support. It's never good to hear about so many problems with a payment processor. Online payment processors should be quick & easy to use.
The majority of "problems", if you will, are generally related to a lack of understanding of how AlertPay works, or the time frames involved. We do our best to inform members of all the different time frames and follow-up support related questions in our Helpdesk, located at
http://helpdesk.alertpay.com. While AlertPay is quick and easy to use, if people don't read the time frames we post when creating a deposit or withdrawal, then their expectations could be different from what is realistically achieved.
Now, if the information posted is unclear, then we would be glad to fix the communication issue if we're advised of it. Our goal is to make AlertPay as simple and efficient to use.
Furthermore, some members like to post many places in order to get immediate support for their issues; essentially jumping the line ahead of other members' inquiries.
In this case, the SpeedGTR's issue was resolved in the normal withdrawal delay of 3-5 business days, however the same issue was posted in a ticket (the correct way of resolving Customer Support inquiries), as well as our Developer's forum (incorrect) as well as various forums (incorrect).
