I'm lampe berger franchise. Going to be baron.. I just joined few weeks before. As i know, their marketing plan is much better than other MLM business.. Once you join lampe berger, u have to attend some classes.. From there u will know much more about Lampe Berger.. how do they works and how to approach others..
DUN TAKE IT WRONG.. Lampe berger is not selling products only. for example, NOT LIKE AMWAY.. in Amway, you have to sell their products. but in lampe berger, you can use other method. that is YOU HAVE TO SEARCH 5 DOWNLINES under you. once u have 5 ppl under u, u will be promoted as BARON.. and from every downline, u will get 10% when they join. After that, you can help ur downline to get 5 ppl under them if u want. or u just relax urself at home.. your downline will work for u. and u will keep on get commision and position. you just have to lead them.. thats all..

I heard about this last few months and a few friends of mine asked me to join.

i've seen the plan, do you know why some people paying like RM30k for products and become count? its because they scared their downline better than them and overwrite them. So, you think your upline will 100% help you? he has to help 5 downlines as well. When people bring you to lampe berger office, what he show you is bring you to those who success in MLM...saying that earning this much, that much you never hear from the failure before. not everyone success. in the society, only 5% are rich. in lampe berger as well. they have established for 4 years. now, when you enter you are the most below. dont worry, when you ask them these question, they'll tackle you back because they've already know what question you are going to ask. I was brought up once and being FORCED to enter ..first they ask you RM2345, later ask another RM30,000. If you dont have , RM10000. If not , ask you to re-fiance your vehicle or house. I was brought into the place and feel the "TRAP" , the "SETUP" if you want to be rich, just open your own firm. MLM will make you rich only you go in as they established and work hard from there. They'll just show you all the success people , because they are the top. I'm not trying to offence. But think outside the box when you read this. When people trying to ask you join the MLM, your handphone just wouldnt stop ringing. or when you ask people to join, you call him nonstop. your friends runaway from you. which side you want to be? call or being called for non stop.. My friends told me is a kind of investment and you will get your money back after a few years ?? What really the heck it is ? They target a lot of youngsters who are studying in college or Uni coz simply easier to brainwash them ? I am kind of concern coz I worried most of my friends later fall into their 'trap'. This a big scam. I hear that people get burn testing their product. I also hear that they have court case in Hong Kong.
Their products are lacked of quality, they are focusing only on the member fee. Once they suck enough cash from the bottom, they will go to another country and do the same. Not for long, their members will soon lodge a report to police as Hong Kong.

In fact, network marketing is actually a good business to start with and also to practice yourself to get into a real place of educating with the real business matters instead of learnig the theory whereby u normally learn in business school or college.
But in addition, there are too many network marketing company nowadays and therefore, its now back on the individual to make judgement whether or not to join the respective network marketing company that is approaching them. B4 joining a network marketing, we normally will look at their product, the marketing plan and then the organization(company background), but tehre is 1 thing more important is that if the company also giving a good education on training them to face mistakes and losses instead of always urged them to sell the company's product and looking for new members(downline) to join them and put a big sum of money to invest usually give alot of promises with attractive figures of income.for example in LB I oftenly read and heard that... 'normally' only those invest big will get the better and best return. Do put in mind, that not all ppls could efford such big amount of investment (likely to be RM2345 or 10k or else, 30k, or if not enough, go for refinance ur asset or may be even their so called asset which is in fact it is a liability). so take a time, think carefully b4 joining a network marketing company whether it is worth in form of their fee, their product (easier for the distributor to sell the product if they have good product line in my point of view) and also an outstanding company background and finally giving a great motivation to the members(not simply urge them to sell sell sell product!!!) but teach them how to learn from mistake and from that i think some1 always may improve themself and also increase their selfconfident and indirectly will boost up their sales ability! Less than 1% of Malaysian population in this LB business, those in LB business mostly are former MLM members as well. I guess there's still an "untouch" market for LB they are yet to "cheat" base on the rewarding plan.

Yes, both are from France apparently. 2 of this group spin out (heard from other source) from family business, LB itself focus on aroma theraphy while BA focus on aroma theraphy + medicare + air refreshment. Recently LB decided to shift their strategy into retail which will kill thousands of member/agent. It is disasterous LB will make this move, which mean their product is available everywhere like 7-eleven already, cut through the members. I'd attended BA training yesterday, I'm motivated by their concept of success eventhough their product is so so to me (still sellable lar). I guess I'll just step in and give a try.  I'm not greedy, just need 5 downline. If I got extra headcount, I will give it to my downline to built their network.
