I normally rollover everything so requesting a cashout was of no importance to me but would like to see the ventures increase like they normally do.

Other than issue with surfing freezing and having to restart the countdown again-- how many sites do you need to surf?? I have hit 24 and freeze up-- restart and no prior surf credited.

Hi littlebopper. Are you talking about R/C earnings cash out. That was enabled for 24 hrs. I, and many other members had no problem making an R/C cash out. If you're talking about R/S earnings Joe addressed that in the post right above yours. Read that post it cannot be any clearer regarding R/S pay outs.
As far as your surfing issue try this: when it freezes up hit Control and F5 keys simultaneously. This should fix that problem.
Steve and the rest of the gang have done amazing work transferring the data from over 50,000 members to the new script. This was a huge undertaking and they should be commended for their tireless efforts to make this change as painless as possible.

Also the websites page shows your hits but how can you tell how many credits are still banked up for each website?

It is probably right in front of my nose but I think I checked everywhere and I can't figure it out.

I am very pleased that Steve put those email addresses back for us too. I sent off a few personal emails immediately to referrals.

I hope they bring back the downline viewer for the 4 levels down. It was a useful tool for spotting the people who were recruiting down in different levels and getting a hold of them to help them. I work with several people down a couple of levels. I enjoy working with people, no matter whether they are front line or not. Funds often roll up through the levels via referral commisions, and also benefits Ad-V as a whole. I really liked the old system for viewing downline levels. It also allowed a better overall view also. Maybe we can ask Steve to have his programmer put the old one back.

Does anyone agree?

i did ricive this mail,so i dont have to change my ap mail account to gmail account,and is better it is not so easy to change e-mail to gmial,because i have to change my mail in all other programs,send suport ticketc etc.

Yeah I told my downline to change the email to gmail instead of yahoo mail cause there is some problem getting the verification mails.

Verification email has to do with yesterdays R/C cash outs. Once a cash out is requested an email verifying that you made a cash out request is sent to you. You then have to click on the link in the email to complete the transaction. This is a security measure.

After trouble free surfing yesterday, today I had trouble again. I only had 2 pages left to get my 25 and I was booted out and then screen froze. Tried all the standard things and nothing works. Finally got my 25 on the next try.

After the billing/payout issues get fixed the surfing problems should be the next highest priority. Very frustrating to often get only half the credit or less from your surfing. Additionally, this is the only TE I am aware of that forces you to surf in 25 view increments and will not let you accumulate credits in any amount at any time throughout the day. If the whole reason for this new system is to have the "Whoa you haven't surfed 25 pages...." message in place my vote is to get rid of it. If someone can't figure out that they haven't surfed the required 25 pages they need more help than an idiot message. A lot of people like to grab an extra 10 credits or so while checking email, etc at different times through the day.

The majority of our paid advertising is going to free members that have not upgraded. Do free members also have to get 25 at a time to get any credits? If they do I would think we will be losing a lot of them since there is no incentive to put up with the aggravation.

At least some issues with the new script have improved. That gives me hope.

My websites are receiving hits and I have not allocated any hits to them so I would call that auto pilot.

And regarding your second question, yes the withdrawal time for ref earnings is now over. You only have a 24 hour window to withdraw earnings.

Ok went back and reread things-- teach me to try to read after working 3--12hrs shifts and a 3am wake up at that!! Somethings make sense and some don't, I am thinking that referral commissions were paid but the regular weekly earnings were not-- and on sunday they are planning on getting that taken care of.
