I joined AV4U back on 12/17/08 and I had the same question; where do I get referrals? You see I didn't have much money to invest and I realized that with a 15% referral commission I could build my Venture holdings via referring new members. I still have only $280 total out of pocket money in AV4U yet I was able to cash out over $1850 just in June and $700 so far in July. Don't you know I love this program!
Anyway I started advertising on other Revenue Sharing sites; I mean if you think about it that is one of the best places to advertise since you're advertising to people who already see the advantages of RS sites. I now have 50 referred members and this is where 90% of them came from and I am now earning around $400/wk in R/C's. Good luck!
If this program eventually goes belly up, are you going to pay back all those referrals?

If this program eventually goes belly up, are you going to pay back all those referrals?
Well ISPY the short answer is no. When I joined, as in any program I do, I assume the financial risk for the money I spend; I do not expect whoever referred me to. That being said I do feel confident that 'going belly up' is not in the cards for AV4U. Why? Well I've personally talked to Steve Smith(admin/owner)and I have to say I was really impressed by his dedication to keeping AV4U around for the long haul. He told me the story of why he created AV4U in the first place and I wish he will one day share it with all members. I am not going to relate it here which I feel would not be proper, but you can send Steve and email and ask him yourself. Suffice to say, Steve is on a mission! I have also talked several times to the lawyer that helped set up AV4U and moved it's operations to Panama. As I told you I joined 12/17/08, but I did not fund it for a couple weeks out of my own skepticism. I'll tell you what convinced me; it was when I saw that the lawyer had $10,000+ in the program. Maybe I'm a little too trusting, though I think not, but that was enough for me! Hey if the lawyer guy had this much confidence in the program there must really be something to it!

Do you think this program can obtain enough outside revenue to meet its large and growing ever larger payout obligations? Becasuse if it can't it will be just another ponzi. I hope for members sake it can.

Hi ISPY yes I think it will last. Now one of the reasons I say this is because Steve pays out a maximum of 90% of what comes in the so therefore AV4U is always in profit. From reading you posts I get the feeling that you, as I once did, got involved with 'surf' programs. I did a lot of them for awhile and I can thankfully say overall I made money. I followed a simple rule that someone I trust shared with me: don't invest what you can't afford and get your 'seed' money out ASAP! I don't get involved in any of those now; not because I can't make money in them-I can, but because of my concern(the same one you voiced in your earlier post)that people I referred could get burned if they didn't know what they were doing. I used to send emails to people I referred telling them how to protect themselves but often they wouldn't listen and lost a lot of money. I am not comfortable with that so, like I said, I stay away from them now. AV4U is properly structured, Steve has done his homework; he has hired legal counsel to ensure longevity. Now of course that doesn't mean something unforeseen can happen. I mean who would have ever thought GM would file bankruptcy? Steve is launching the gold site with the primary objective being to strengthen AV4U financial viability. So admin is working to ensure longevity and stability. These are the qualities and requirements necessary for our future success.

Ad-V is doing so well in part because it continues to grow by leaps and bounds. Many members pay for separate advertising, such as the first page in the surf cycle. You can also buy more hits and such. Those are all extra money to be put in the pot.
Ad-V is registered in Panama. (Someone else could elaborate on that)
What do you have in mind for further securing Ad4U from going downhill? Currently we are still going up in numbers. The gold site is about to open and things have been expanding.
AdV has proven to be a wonderful program run by a wonderful group of people. However, it is an online money making program and there are risks. (I believe that the risks with AdV right now are extremely small, however no one knows the full picture) With that in mind when you put money into buying advertising here (Remember that is what you are doing) make sure it is no more than you can afford to lose. Set a goal and map out how you will get there. Once you are in complete profit you can play around with more freedom.
I am in the happy position of being COMPLETELY in profit! And I see potential to continue supplementing my income for quite awhile. I am very happy with AdV and would encourage anyone who is looking for an online program to seriously check them out. If you have any questions we would be happy to help you.
Those are my thoughts this morning! Have a wonderful rest of the week everyone!

Good reply Amber! Another thing sunjay21 asked why the need propagate? Steve is running a business, an advertising business, not an investment business. Like any business person Steve wants to make a profit hence you advertise your product. Congratulations to AV4U for hitting the 1st page on Google!
