1) Why is this change being made?
A) These two processors that are being eliminated are used very little,

2) What about our current upgrades with these processors?
A) Everyone who used LR or STP to upgrade will be paid out to Alertpay
Or Strictpay
Remember this is being done for the longevity and the stability of the
Program and for the benefit of all members.
All members who have current upgrades with either LR or STP please submit a
Support with your new processor information

Support tickets should include the following
1) Member id#
2) Alertpay E-mail address
3) Strictpay account #

All running upgrades for LR or STP will be paid in the order of expiry from
Earliest to latest.
Please allow some time for us to do this as we will have to make some
Exchanges on our end to fulfill this



3) If I used STP or LR can I continue to use AP or StrictPay?
A ) of course you can, Just remember that old upgrades with LR or STP
Will be paid as stated above in #2


4) what if I want to upgrade NEW with LR or STP and agree to be paid to AP
Or StrictPay.
A) This will not be possible.
You wil need to make sure that you have upgraded with one of the 2
Current ones to avoid any issues or doubt that your in fact a client of ours
5) Why did you choose to take StrictPay over STP?
A) StrictPay offers funding by STP as well as LR and also allows
Withdrawal to stp. This proved to be the best option that would accommodate

6) At a later time will you be adding STP and LR back again?
A) maybe in the future but with the ability to fund StrictPay via LR and STP
As well as CC and ACH for AP deposits we feel we have covered all angles.

Thanks. Enrique wrote and is very straight forward. I won't get the payout - but I still walk away having profited twice (12 dailies and one 10-day investment). He said STP is no longer an option - no explanation. He also voiced concerns that people are cashing out and not coming back. That trend can kill a good surf site. All my "surf money" has been stolen by 5 other surf sites, and one crooked HYIP or I'd be back at SurfPal where the money is being paid.

I have sent administration emails with no reply, I have been patient with him, I have given him extra days to make good on my pending payments, If he wants his members to keep upgrading then he needs to follow through on his TOS, it said up to 72 hrs for payment, it has been well over that, he is leaving me no other choice but to go to payment processors and complain. I don't want to do that but I am not going to idly sit back and let him keep my money.

Like it or not (don't shoot the messanger) but the admin sends out messages with every payout and ask that members post that they got paid...Now...he also sent out an email a few days ago saying the members not posting would have payments delayed....

Most of my payments have been timely...but the one day I did not post ..Paid...as asked my nnext days payments was held up until I posted as asked....again...don't shoot the messanger...

I did post after I recieved my first payout. I don't post everyday like you guys becuase I don't have a daily plan.
I re upgraded right after and now he is delaying me for no reason. I only sent him one support ticket on the 4th day. I understand he doesn't like people without patient. I've been patient and I need his explaination.

I am not going to post paid if I wasn't paid. It has been several days since the 72hr expiry of my upgrade and I have sent him a couple of polite emails with no response from him. I would be more than happy to post that I have been paid if in fact I had been paid

I am only one person. I can only do things so fast. The system is designed to update payment processors when a purchase is made.

I am having to add these manually, I am now getting people who think they are clever and sending me support tickets with AP e-mails and account ids that are not for them.

I can not and will not add a friends AP account. If i receive a request that is from a duplicate IP address those accounts will be suspended.

I am trying to do things as fast as i can, and un deeded tickets about where is my payment are not needed as they slow things down for everyone.

I have decided that this WILL make some mad but I will be putting back into account balance any pending for LR and STP. If you have not been updated with a proper AP account you will not be able to request cash out.

Here is why i am doing this.

Every time someone sends a support ticket that is an e-mail, when a cash out requests made tat generates an e-mail, when someone upgrades that generates 2 e-mails, when i pay someone that generates another e-mail.

no imagine how many people are converting to AP form STP or LR? and Imagine how many are impatient and have sent several requests and rather rude ones at that.

Please do not send a support ticket for something that is in the help page. I WILL NOT reply. Also If your payment is with in terms and i receive a support ticket i will make sure to pay them last.

I will now apologize to the ones who this does not apply to, as i have to send to everyone.

Together we can make through this transition, but if members can not work with me on this we know what will be the outcome.

Good thing about it is Enrique is paying his members with in the terms.

I am also waiting for a payment for the test upgrade expired yesterday. Of course i want to see and receive it first before i will invest more.

Surf Pal is surviving despite the fact that other AS programs are closing here and there. So i thing with that, we also need to help him. Yes, we need money this Holiday season, i myself need it because i am going to deliver a baby anytime now, but it is better to have some investment that you will surely have some profit after 10 days.
