Hi espionage, can you recommend some companies, please. Debit cards would be good. I already have Uniclear and would like to look for another one as well.

try thegoldshop.biz for e-Gold to RM exchange. They even got Malaysian branch. Called it a sell order if u want to convert e-Gold into RM. They deal with most Malaysian banks: Hong Leong Bank & Maybank via wire transfer.

Hmm...don't know how I forgot the first company that got me going with egold and e-business==> Asianagold.com.
 I will use them more from now onwards if the debit cards are not so forth coming.
