I was 1 year in the USA for study and created a Paypal account there, with the address of my hostel.

Back in Europe I wanted to do some transactions, but they say I have to verify my account. I even cant send money to another Paypal account.

Is there a way to verify my account, because there is some money on it, and I cant get it.

You have to add a bank acct., honestly don't use paypal if you want your money to actually be secure.

you can add a bank account and a credit card to be a verified paypal user.

if you have created your paypal account in USA, you can only verify it using a USA bank account and linked a Usa phone number..Paypal are strict when it comes to verification of account
