They've just blocked my account WITHOUT REASON. They don't reply to my e-mails. I can't believe this.... did anyone had their account locked without reason just like that? I had almost 1k there sad.gif IS MY MONEY GONE FOR GOOD? They don't return my emails, I tried to call them but I've spent 20 minutes on the phone just waiting, no one answered.

WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE?

I can see that you're frustrated about your account issues. Please PM me your account details, or provide me with a ticket number as you mentioned that you've emailed AlertPay, so that I can investigate the situation. I don't have the required 25 posts to PM you yet.

Chris acted very professionally and my account was unlocked quite fast after my first message here on the forum.

Hopefully AlertPay will get back on track to what it used to be.

The admin / moderator of this forum section can lock/delete this thread, the problem was solved and the issue is out of date.
