I think you have a higher chance of getting your money back if you buy with credit card. I've asked for about 5 refunds and got 2 back because they were paid with CC. It also depends if the scammers still have funds in their account.


I really hope you guys can get your money returned to you. If you're new to autosurfs this is a quick easy way to get money but it's also very risky. I've had my investments scattered to about 6 different so-called reliable autosurfs and all of those programs closed down and ran off with our money.

Your welcome Silverlex, sorry to hear that it's past the 30 days mark...

Just be sure to get out your initial investment ASAP and only reinvest with your profits. If you're too greedy you will lose it all.

hmm this looks very interesting. I also got a portion of my investment. It means that jake really had some issues with the server as what he told us before.

Glad to know that AP members have got their refunds .. actually i was investing through LR and I don't care about refunds in general as I don't consider it part of this game but I'm happy of course for ppl who received their money back and I'm very interested to know about what happened with STP and SP members .. Anyone contacted them regarding charge-back? and what happened?

I received their canned response - they're reviewing it. The same response I got way back. So...time will tell (as usual).

Just an update.
A couple of days ago I've got a 100% refund from AlertPay that I "invested" in
the Snake's scam. AP also told me that froggie's account is frozen and they are refunding
people on the first come first served basis.
I hope that the stinker will not get to party on our expense.

I was not refunded by AP because I am in profit when the site closed. I hope that everyone who invested via AP gets the refund.

I sent in a refund request quite awhile after site closed and figured nothing would come of it. Then a couple weeks ago I received an email from AP saying the money was refunded! I was shocked, but happy. Not much money invested, but that is not the point. I got it all back. Good luck to the rest of you.

With what he could, anyway. AP gave good refunds from the account, but STP has been taking their good ol' time - like they have been with Megalido, Fast Profit Surf, Daily Profit Pond and half a dozen others. I wish I knew what it takes to convince them that the site is gone for good & the admin has taken to the hills. Oh well....patience.

I know AP and STP refunds all members who lost in Frogress as long as there have funds left. I already refunded by AP and STP in other AT's sites. It takes time to get refunded but its okay as long as we get paid.

I put in a ticket to STP the day of my expiry - the day Jake stopped payouts and forced reinvestment. I put in another when that expired without payout and a third when the site stopped. I have NOT received a dime refund from STP. They're either slower than stock still or their accounting desperately needs an audit.

I have received email from AP last month in response to my dispute but failed to collect because I am in profit so theres no used of refund. I don't know if STP do the same time, just don't think of it one day you will get a message that you'll be refunded.

I've learned 2 things - STP seems to hang onto the money regardless and AP seems to have a better policy for following up on valid refunds. My expiration date was the same day Jake locked all cashouts & started his scam.

After all these months and a $360 investment to the Number 1 rated site at the time, I got a whopping $9.74 from STP today. Gee - I just can't decide how to celebrate...
