My complaint to STP was responded to. In essence it said the conditions stated at the site said no promise was made on income, or return, of investment. I countered that Jake breached the contract and therefore was in default through fraud. So far they haven't responded to that. By the way - what is his last name? Where does he live?

Sure no problem.

For Alertpay, go to the home page and click on Help on the top right.

Then go to Submit a Ticket, select Transaction Dispute and click Next. It should take you to this page: https://helpdesk.alertpay.com/index.php **You must send the dispute ticket within 30 days of purchase or you won't get your refund.

Then just fill out the information. You can put "Would like refund from merchant" or something on the subject line. Be descriptive for the message details, such as date of purchase, if you've contact admin, add the link for the thread so they can read other member's complaints, etc.

I think you have a higher chance of getting your money back if you buy with credit card. I've asked for about 5 refunds and got 2 back because they were paid with CC. It also depends if the scammers still have funds in their account.


I really hope you guys can get your money returned to you. If you're new to autosurfs this is a quick easy way to get money but it's also very risky. I've had my investments scattered to about 6 different so-called reliable autosurfs and all of those programs closed down and ran off with our money.
