I got a VMI card when I was in Alientrust. After AT closed I had like $3 and change left in VM. AT never paid me the over $4000 I had invested so my VM account just stayed the same for months. Today I went to log into my VM account and it says that card isn't activated yet! What does this mean? I hadn't logged on in probably a year so maybe they froze the account or de-activated it? I am using the proper pass code and entering my birthday just like I used to. The card was active in 2006 and I upgraded with it, received payouts, and withdrew from an ATM machine. Now I can't access it.

I think you should contact Virtual Money staff, they are fast in answering/support and only them can realy help you
