I hate to say this but after months of extending my support for this provider I must admit that it is near death. There has been close to no support from this company and they've not processed any wire OutExchange since late August.

They've even promised to begin partial wire service on several different occasions in the past few weeks without actually materializing.

Our company will continue to exchange this currency only to benefit our current customers with exchanges in limbo and to help facilitate the OutExchange of any desired parties but this should not be confused with extending support.
