i have tried using robots for my forex trading without success. i was wondering if anyone here is having good results with managed forex. if so which one you can recommend. and why?

My mini account at Oanda managed by FXHOY (who posts here somewhere) has produced nearly 50% this month. Out of this 50% will be fees. Even then, a nice performance. This is my first month, so I will have watch for long term returns. But I am happy that only single pair is traded and trading is very controlled.

yeah i havent heard of any signifigant gains from ppl using EA's

Investing in Forex can be very emotional initially (one can make / or lose so much so fast)

I tried using a few robots for forex trading, but IMHO it's nothing more than gambling with money. I prefer relying on my own intelect (and luck) when trading.

Even with managed accounts is good to know what is happening. What I'm trying to say that investor education and provider/broker transparency leads to success.

account at first and then move to real money. Worth trying if you are serious about
making money.

Looks interesting but for a investor with limited amount of capital, (20000 USD is minimum deposit with growth-finance.com) there are not many options i have found.

I personally invest in a managed forex fund with a private investment club that has a minimum deposit of 1000 Euro. The members combined capital makes it possible to have the funds managed by proffessionals.

What is the normal minimum deposit for a managed forex account?
