What it is, what it is
This CGI script acts as an HTTP or FTP proxy. Through it, you can retrieve any resource that is accessible from the server it runs on. This is useful when your own access is limited, but you can reach a server that in turn can reach others that you can't. In addition, the user is kept as anonymous as possible from any servers. Common uses include: anonymous proxies similar to The Anonymizer, other personal uses, VPN-like functionality, and others. It's very simple to install, and very configurable.

When an HTML resource is retrieved, it's modified so that all links in it point back through the same proxy, including images, form submissions, and everything else. Once you're using the proxy, you can browse normally and (almost) forget it's there.

Configurable options include text-only support (to save bandwidth), selective cookie and script removal, simple ad filtering, access restriction by server, custom encoding of target URLs and cookies, and more-- there are about 45 options so far. Cahira: Pls go back a few pages to read my post regarding refunds (if it's ever going to happen) because if they really do the refunds and do it their way by reading emails and looking at screenshots then I can guarantee there will be more chaos and they will be in a deeper mess.

so giving elightendmind this info, does that mean that refunds are out of the question? or does this just mean that the info is being dispursed for extra help with everything?

EMind is reviewing the information that the others have right now to help determine (with a fresh take) how to proceed. At this point refunds is a HUGE question mark. That we will see between now and the end of Monday, if it is going to happen. That is how I understand the situation right now.

We wanted some one else to know the situation we are in, hence why we cant give to much info away about anything

I got warned yesterday for spamming when I posted the I got paid post to try and distract everyone.
I have never spammed, but subconscious hasn't answered my pm asking about it. I really don't like having to see that everytime that I post. And nobody else has one showing up, so somebody knows the trick.

OK, this is some crazy crap for real. Here's the REAL issue...we may need to take a vote on if we want to just go after this dynamic duo or what! Monday they are claiming to do refunds...so this is why Cahira is saying wait until Monday...Now we don't want to scare these fools off. Furthermore, we don't want people having the information and THEY get paid and leave the rest of us hanging. It's a matter of getting EVERYONE paid and not just the ones with enough money to go after Terra. Greed is a mofo...as we have now learned. Now...there isn't enough money to change identities...so it really would be in Terra's best interest to start refunding.

So, honestly...I will say this much...this is absolutely ridiculous...surfproster...he got his money and I don't want another situation like that to happen. He was the only one to receive money in the amount he received...I guess I can't fault the man for getting his money that's a whole different story.

This may have been responded to already, but if not. This is the only way that Todd can be prosecuted. He did not extort money from any of us. He did not scam any of us. Terra or her family are the ones who will have to prosecute.

Now on that line, what are they going to say "My sister was involved in an illegal money making site, she then scam hundreds if not thousands of people all over the world. One of those people showed up at our door and we gave him $60K because he threatened to have my sister thrown in jail. He claimed this is what she owed him, we didn't know any better. So, I want to press charges for extortion. Oh yeah, and can we forget about the part of my sister being involved in an illegal operation and the thousand's of dollars she tried to scam off with, we are taking care of it"

Yes they have stopped communicating, hence me saying 9am on Monday it's on and crackin'. They are so damn dumb. They don't have enough money to change identies or run too damn far. Scammers get cockier every damn day and I would love to see justice served...but also want to get people paid. Please don't take this personally...but this is exactly why the information wasn't released. Everyone is going to be mad about 'THEIR' money which is totally understandable...but what is accomplished if they only refund a select few.

Is anyone keeping an eye on them to make sure they don't try to get to far away?
