Sorry for the big delay. I have been on the phone with Todd and Terras family.

There is some information that I cant post just yet. But the stories put out are not
the truth. They have until Monday to make this right and show REAL
attempts to pay the refunds. If not, then they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent
possible from 4 different directions. We have all the necessary information and a few
missing pieces now.

Todd did receive a payout of loss with small profit. The things he said were out of
frustration and anger. He had no intention of ever trying to take money that should have
gone for refunds. Terra and her family have the funds!

Todd didnt deserve this. He didnt create this mess, he only got caught up in the web
of deceit!

He made no threats other than to tell them that he wanted to be paid NOW and that
they need to make arrangements to pay everyone else because of all the information
that we have. They assured him that they would and the update they posted was at his
explicit request.

Todd has been absent from the forum because he really did think that it was settled and
that they were going to take care of everyone seeing as they paid him. He truly was off
with his family, but has now had to send them away due to the death threats.

I have now received 1200 - (one thousand two hundred) but thats all. I am waiting to hear
back on them for the rest.

Please do not threaten Todd and his family anymore. He did not do what we all were led
to believe. The culprit here is still Terra and not Todd!!!

At this point I do not believe that the funds are depleted at all. They have the funds.

The deadline is for Monday.

I don't know why you have given them till Monday. If they start refunds now surely that would be enough to calm people down. The weekend gives them time to flee if they so choose.

Well, still not a cent in my account. If you say monday, then monday it is. But no later because I am completely stumped on what to make out of this. I agree why the h^ll wouldn't you come back and let the other members know he made progress. I don't buy that he really thought everyone was going to get paid. You don't get this involved and just once you get your payment say Oh well the rest of them will be paid and not come back to the forum. Something is very fishy.

There is a major investigation going on and we CANNOT reveal all the information!!

We are doing everything we can to get the refunds for everyone.

I have proof of all correspondence and records and Todd has not scammed anyone
or taken anyones money. He is still the same person that tried to help people.

We need to stay focused on the REAL culprits here, Terra and her family. They are
the ones who took the money. They are the ones who can make the refunds.

Why did they pay Todd?! Because maybe they have more to hide than whats here.
Maybe they thought we would back off.

Please try to understand. This was a scam from the start and still is, and they
are trying very hard to lay blame elsewhere. There is no where else for it to go.

It's possible that Todd did get a refund and go out with the family. I know I would be out with the family thanking my lucky stars that he got his refund and not losing his wife.

First of all I want to thank you and others who have been trying so hard to see that we get refunds. I really think that if the family claimed to have given Todd 60K and todd says he didnt get that much, he can post a screen shot of exactly how much he was given so we know who is not speaking the truth. Its that simple. I dont think people should rush to judgement without proof, and there is really no need to theaten people with death and all. I think we have a good team in Cahira, Aqua and cagney to handle this in a more decent way.
And people prepare your minds so that if we dont get any refunds you can all accept it as that.

I don't think we are trying to blame Todd. We just want to know why he disappeared? Is it normal to be on the thread day and night, and after getting his refund, disappear for good? Is he so selfish as to only worry about his own refund? Cahira has not acted this way at other sites when she was active in dealing with scammers, and I sure hope she doesn't turn into one of these selfish ones.

One question, is Terra's family really involved with the whole thing or is that story a whole bunch of crap and Trevor, her supposed brother is a fictitous character that she and James made up? Also, did Todd/surfposter get his full refund or only a bit of it? This whole thing from the information that I have does not add up one bit. I do however, understand that some others have more information and that it probably adds up for them but due to security issues and the fact that James and Terra are constantly reading this forum, they are unable to divulge this information to everyone. I think that the time constraint on these crooks are being pushed back a tad too much though. First it was friday and now monday, I am sure they are plotting on how to escape and keep getting gifted with more and more time to do so. As they say, only time will tell.
