My opinion is this is nothing more than a stall tactic. I say turn over what you have.
Let's face it, there has been no proof to say those refunds were done. With all the various forums that exist, I find it hard to believe that had they actually happened and not one mention of it from anyone?
I'm an action type of person; meaning actions speak a whole of a lot more than words do.
(As a side note, the bickering going on between the members is counter-productive. The members aren't the ones who took off with your money. We've all been burned, but it was from Terra and no one else.)
