This was a novel idea and it worked very well. Payouts were even made early. Again this encouraged more investors and reinvestments and trust in admin and the program. Then payouts slowed down. Way down. A few payments trickled out, but not enough to sustain a belief that full payments had resumed, but perhaps enough to hold people off a bit and encourage a bit more investing. The trickle keeps people trusting and keeps it out of the of hold/scam section a little longer. No communications. If payments can be made, so can a post. Most all of this information can be gathered around the internet except for the analysis which were done at my request by a foremost expert in his field. I have a LOT in here, and dont post this lightly, but the connections ARE there. It is fairly certain that Terra and her husband (or partner) have run at leat three other scams and at a certain point - they stop communications and run with the money. Each ones demise has been thought out differently, but it all amounts to the same. They disappear with the money. The only contradictory thing in all this is that she did infact make an extremely large deposit toAlertpay and made a bunch of payouts out of it. I can only speculate that Alertpay has her real info and so maybe wants to stay in good stannding with them. As I said, that is the only part that doesnt follow even close to their pattern. Terra DOES need to post an announcement AND respond to this post. But I do not believe that we will not hear from her again.
