The guy is a scam and . there are millions of people offering loans online but they want a % paid to them upfront for a "loan approval" and that is how they scam you out of your money. The best place to look for a loan is a bank or other financial institution and I hope they ban this scammer out of moneymakergroup

well, it's funny. it seems like most people in Europe cannot get loans, either cheap nor expensive. just look at this guy, he is ready to pay 10% per year or may be even more:
