Her daughter was continually trying to get her to start living again.
After much persuasion, she consented to go out on a date with her
daughter's co-worker, Mark.
Mark picked her up and they went to a secluded spot to have a picnic.
They discovered that they had a lot in common, as Mark was also
divorced. Despite Jill's initial misgivings, one thing led to another,
and they wound up making love.
Jill was mortified at her lack of self-control and sobbed, "I don't
know how I'm going to face my daughter, knowing that in a time of
weakness I sinned twice!"
"What do you mean, twice?" Mark asked. "We only did it once."
"Well," Jill said, "we're going to do it again, aren't we?"
