Great site for getting FREE referrals. Click people links or join sites to earn stars. Then spend your stars to get people to join under you in any program you want. Get referrals for all PTC sites and also social networrk sites. Can contact support if you want a custom ad ( if you want to give different amount of stars to what the site allows). They normally take around 48 hours to ad your custom ad.
I have found putting your site in PTC site not listed category (as most of my ptc sites are new and aren't listed) and aiming to keep your ad on the first couple of pages ( normally about 20 stars) works well in getting quick referrals.

Still my favourite referral site. Has got me loads of referrals. Making sure you offer more stars than other people is always the best way to get signups. I wish i'd used all my stars for sites that were legitimate. But that's to do with the paid to click business rather than this site, which has never disappointed. Thnx star referrals.
