Hello Everyone,
I will really like to know the procedures invloved in performing a Due Dillegence Check on An Investment Site ( HYIP and NON-HYIP) before investing.
And i want to know if www.nemfisa.com is a good HYIP site.
Thanks for your anticipated support

There are a lot of ways that you can do your due diligence. You can check out the HYIPs reputation by reading what the other people are saying about the program. There are sites that evaluates the HYIPs and gives them grades. But don't believe all of them. some of them are being paid by the HYIP to give them good reports.
Here in MMG - follow the threads on HYIPs and seen which ones are being promoted.
On Non-HYIP - you can do a google search for the name of the program and there will be reviews about it - but again - don't believe everything you read. The decision is entirely up to you.
Ask yourself these questions:
How much will I lose?
How much will I gain?
How long will this program last?
Will people join this program?
What is the product?
Is the Website great?
Does it attracts people?
How much advertising do I need to do?
How do I advertise it?
There are more questions that you need to ask yourself before you make the decision.
But again - it is entirely up to you. It is not up to other people. You are the only one
who needs to decide whether the program is the right one.
The secret is having the right belief in your head about the program.
If you believe it 100% that you can make it work and put in the time and
labor to make it work - then it will work.
Just one thing - HYIPs are very dangerous programs where you can lose a
lot of money. I know - they all sound very great and very enticing - FAST MONEY!!!
But 98% of the people who invest in HYIPs loses money. I lost several thousands
in HYIPs in the past.

There is no 100% sure way to check out anonymous people running these sites.
However, some common sense helps
Take a look at
http://whois.domaintools.com/nemfisa.comWhat I see using the free whois search does not give me confidence in them.
The site was created just recently back in June.
Most of its traffic is from South Africa and Russia.
You can pay for a membership at whois.sc and then find out all kinds of information by looking
at whois history, related sites, other sites on the server etc etc.
Now why would you want to do this?
Because you can find out a lot about someone by who they hang out with

Agreed... isn't HYIP's risky at best, and a down right scam at worst?
Honestly it seems like a pyramid scheme, one of those cyclers. (send $1 to the 6 people, add your name to the list)
But as long as you realize that, than you are good.

First impressions are important, so, does the site look professional, or was it hastily put together. Does it have the `feel` of quality? If the site is for a mainly English speaking audience, is the English of a good standard, or are there glaring spelling mistakes and grammatical errors? Obviously a good looking site isn`t proof that a program is genuine, witness FLO, but it`s an indicator if it isn`t.
High rates, too good to be true, and they`re not true in the vast majority of cases.
Guaranteed deposits! Rubbish, how can anyone guarantee deposits with HYIP`s? Which insurance company will guarantee against loss of deposits?
Backed by NYSE, Forex Trading, loans, investments and so on. See the proof.
Standard, off the shelf scripts, which can be purchased and set up for less than $100.00
Claims that they`ve been around for years, yet no-one`s ever heard of them, and all the evidence points to the program being only recently launched.
WHOIS which contradicts what is stated on the site about ownership, location etc.
FAQ`s or statements on the site that they can`t answer this, that and the other due to `security` issues.
And last in my short list, `Trust me` `You can have confidence in me` `We will deliver` and `We promise.`
