Have you ever email and get a reply from them. I email couple of times and no reply. There website faqs link doesn't work neither. The ea cost $499.00. For the price I think customer service needs to be faster.

I smell scam. $499 for the EA is way too expensive and they doesn't seems to be offering some money back guarantee thing.
