It does not hurt to ask. Whois.com will also give you answer on him too (which myself & others have listed on here through our posts before). AP and any other processor has to have verification of who he is through his bank Information for all of his business transactions from Alert Pay to his bank as well as confirmation numbers of the people he pays so yes I would believe that they would have all of his business information at hand. It's called a paper trail. But for now. I suggest again, wait and next time spread your money out to places like Frogress, Daily Profit Pond, Gigalido, and such . LOL

Whenever you invest.. always have a strategy, because with the kind of money you are investing if you have a good strategy to support it you can make huge profits. Always remember to diversify, participate in forums to knw what is happening. Feel free to contact people if you are confused about anything... I think Ap should help you get back your money.. I got it couple of time.. give it a try..

What about Solid Trust Pay members? As I've posted several times before, I'm not due to be paid until this weekend.....it's a few more days of autosurfing.

While some STP members have received their money from Megalido even during these problems they've had with AlertPay, others have not.

So let's say the Megalido site automatically repurchases ad units in the new plan with my money (which I don't want to do) instead of paying me. At that point can I do a VISA card chargeback with STP? From what I read in their Terms & Conditions, I kind of got the impression that I would be penalized or even prosecuted for attempting that. If that's the case it would explain why STP hasn't frozen Megalido's account(s). I don't want to risk anything.

I phoned STP planning to ask their Customer Service people my question anonymously. Unfortunately, their phone lines must be overloaded! I waited for 25 minutes and gave up because I didn't get past the pre-recorded music (opera of all things). How long does it take to get a live operator??

Somebody who knows the facts about STP from dealing with them in the past, please tell me what your experiences are. I'm still thinking it's best to wait this out no matter which way it goes with Akinyemi "Michael" Odrgan.

I'm more of a looker than a poster but thought I would add my 2 cents in here. I have been around since 12dp and also know to keep diversified in several programs. I am slightly in profit in Megalido but am probably about to lose a big chunk. I did notice something today though that is not very encourageing. My last upgrade of $3234.00 expired yesterday and this morning showed as paid. Of course, like everone else has seen, paid meant re-invested (without my permission) into the "new plan". I was going to go ahead and wait a few days to see if he got back up and running because doing things like closeing the program and posting messages on the front of the site are not the usual work of a scammer. Incidentally, even if this does go down, I don't think it was a scam, I just think admin was in over his head.

At any rate the thing that bothers me though is that my payoff yesterday was $4656.96 which he "re-invested" for me. That is obviously not even a multiple of $6 which makes it obvious that this is just a hold on my money. So for me, I think I will surf for another 3-4 days, maybe a week and then if nothing changes, just take the loss, have Crown & Ginger to ease my pain and move on.

In the meantime people, don't invest in these things with credit cards, divesify in several programs, enjoy it when when you win with one of these programs, live with it when you lose in one of them, never ever never extend yourself in debt (like buying a new car or house) based on what you make in these programs and last but certainly not least, don't blame other people for your decisions!

Majority of members paid invested tru AP and it sucks that someone reported to AP when almost all of us has huge investment tru AP. Why would you do a Visa chargeback on STP? You funded your account at STP with Visa, you then proceeded to spend the money in that account. STP has fulfilled their obligation to you. They have done nothing wrong....

What is going on?

JOYFANS it wont help..i have been with STP and maybe if only there was no stupid person filed complained to AP then i would've get my referral commissions paid to AP. My investment from AP rolled to new plan and am not complaining bout it except that my Commissions are still pending in AP too. You guys are just bent for 12%x 12 days. Come on 4% is still money.

Got yesterday..Nope i still have couple of investment tru AP over$4000 rolled back to 4% . I was gonna buy myself Laptop for xmas if i get payment from AP but well what can i do but to wait. I had no other option but to CLOSE.
I want you all to know.....I do NOT have your money.....Megalido has it. I had 3 accounts with Megalido, with several thousand $$$ in each account. So my loss was very significant and I could not recover.
After having a conversation with Michael from Megalido on Tuesday morning, Nov. 18, He told me Megalido was DEAD. SO, I knew then there was no chance to recover........my only option was to REFUND what funds I had left and close.

Again I am very sorry.....but I DO NOT have your money.........Megalido has it.

I've worked with my wife on this stuff for over 3 years. I find that more often it is member I that report to pay proccesors and cause a 3rd partyy shut down. I am the one who went tooe to toe with Ponzi nemisis SOB on scam.com in '05 and even though we profited 4K on 12DP that brought it douwn in 06 by constantly posting for people to report to the DOJ and other rich beurocratic agencies. Now THEY make the money. PN makes crap and 12DP is down.

You big spenders need to spread out your investments more. $4000, $2000, or even $1000 to put back in from PROFIT is one thing but nobody should start in something high-risk like Megalido for more than $150 to $300 TOPS. My total stake here is $180 and even that is from my initial profit / start-up of $60.
