Although I don't work for and I've never used AlertPay (even though I have an account with them), AlertPay was voted to be the most successful online currency next to PayPal by CNN in February 2008. So I'm not sure what you're typing about. If some unfortunate people lost money with AP, then maybe AlertPay froze the accounts of the dishonest con artists who may have been using that currency for their own illegal purposes. You can't fault the third party currency provider for stopping the scammers in their tracks. I use Solid Trust Pay for Megalido, Steps 2 Infinity, etc. , but I wouldn't hesitate to use AlertPay in the future if the need arises. Im not sure about AP because never used them before, but in my opinion, STP & LR are already very good choice and I see many members using it without problem.

My question here is how do we know that these so called problems are the fault of ML and not the fault of the member? I do a daily upgrade, surf and a withdraw with ML on a daily basis. I use STP, SP and AP with ML and I have yet to have any problems with ML. Sometimes I get paid in a few hours and sometimes I have to wait longer. ML is going great and I know how to use a computer. If you don't like the way ML is run, then take your funds and put them into another surf.

A LOT of the issues could be user errors. I own sites (not in this industry) and users constantly fill in their wrong e-mail address, or other information which is vital to everything running smoothly. I'm not saying that is or is not the case, just throwing it out there

I don't know what you guys are still having issues, i have been making requests and havn't had any issues, i have never sent in a support ticket since i first signed up which was many weeks ago.
