1. In my opinion, none are good, save your self a lot of stress and skip HYIPs
2. Well e-gold seems to be on shaky ground at the moment and not many sites are taking it anymore so I'd find a cheap exchanger and move to something like Webmoney, Moneybookers, eBullion or Liberty Reserve.

Then I'd either learn about share or forex trading and play with small amounts or build a website and moentize it.

3. The best way without building a site would be to visit a lot of forums and have the referrals in your signature. But your posts need to be more than spam if you want others to take notice of you.

HYIPs - I lost a lot of money on them. They are all very tempting and I did all the things that needed to be done. I checked them all out - what their ratings are, how long they have been in existense and so on.
I invested a lot of money and all together on e-gold HYIPs I lost over $3,000 on different programs.

Nowadays - I stay away from HYIPs as I learned my lessons - THE HARD WAY.
