Was anyone here affected by this recent Announcement by Google with their bloggers?

I have not seen any of things pulled but have heard of others getting their blogs pulled for this and that. It's no big deal if you don't post things that are so obvious.

This thread goes back a while. The `news` back then isn`t really that anymore.

I did happen, but was a long time ago. Well seems a long long time back now. I can remember Dorkys Shed blogsite was blocked. No access but he got an email that it was reported as spam and pulled. He had to reply to the email within 72 hours from memory. Took a week or two before he got it back, but google also apologized for the inconvenience and said it was site crawlers that sometimes made mistakes and gave wrong readings. He was pretty thankful to get it back, I do remember that.

Wow. I'm surprised this thread is old news. I guess this is the second time this happened. I was on the Blogger forums the other day and it was just post after post of people complaining that they couldn't access their blogs. History repeats itself.
